Service is extremely poor and they claim to be a 3 star hotel. I am currently checked into the hotel. I ordered coffee and hot chocolate for room service at 7:15 in the morning and the response I got was that they only deliver coffee to the room after 12:30pm. Room Service does not pick up calls. There is no one to help us take luggage to the room. The only silver lining is the location of this hotel which is very good.

Classic and Quiet

Used to an old time favourite. Located in the heart of Coimbatore. Used to love their bar on the ground floor which used to be buzzing in the evening. Now has gone quiet. On account of all the new options Coimbatore has. Good place overall.

Poor Service and Old Rooms

Full of attitude staff and Very old and worst room for the price:I've stayed in the hotel between 08/09/2025 - 09/09/2025. The room rent per day around 2800 Plus taxes for that kind of price you get better looking hotel rooms and services around the same area of coimbatore i highly suggest you to look somewhere else because they still using key for door lock hotels who charge this kind of price are all using card scaning technology.And don't be fooled by the photographs provided by the hotel all of them are either fake or higher end room which I'm not also sure wheather they have such room because you can see the condition of the room I've been provided I've asked for single King size bed but they provided double sharing which I didn't ask and the toilets are old looking also flush not working properly and when I complained about this no one showed up or rectify the problem.Apart from this one thing frustrated me so much is the receptionist attitude and behaviour. I have to check out on 9th of September but I got my work for upcoming days so while leaving for the work on the morning I've confirmed wheather they have rooms for the next day or should I look for somewhere else because I'm doing booking through my company support the receptionist guy said rooms are available so I left for work and when I raised request to book from my company side they said the rooms are fully booked.And due to this I have to leave my work in middle of the day ( Understand that I work in surgery support environment and this also affected a patient life ) so I have to delay the surgery and come back to check out and go for another hotel.And when I asked the receptionist guy why he didn't clearly informed me even though I asked him in the morning he is simply say ' That is not my problem ' I completely lost my patience and another senior person came to talk along with the receptionist guy and he also said ' If you want to stay pay now or check - Out ' with that kind of attitude I don't think no body with right mind and self-respect would stay so I left with my belongings.Don't be fooled by the location, ambience and picture of the hotel they posted do the research properly and choose right hotel and as i said for this price you'll get better looking hotel and kind people to service.
