Couple • India • Oct 2026Awful stay – don't believe the good reviews! I picked this place for two nights, but it was a complete disaster from the beginning. There's no room service or staff to help with luggage; guests have to handle everything on their own. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and too dirty to use. When I requested cleaning the next day, the admin rudely said housekeeping was off and was very unhelpful. The amenities are almost nonexistent: no hot water and missing basic items. Also, the AC is controlled by management via a main switch to save power, so you have to keep asking them to turn it on. Parking is a mess, fitting only three cars in a blocked setup, so if one guest wants to leave, everyone else has to move their cars. Save your money and find another place. Don't be fooled by the positive online reviews—very frustrating and not recommended!

If you leave any personal items behind at Sri Kamadhenu Residency, don't expect honesty or basic care from the staff. I recently stayed here and after checkout realized I left an ergonomic sleep mask in my room. What followed was a tiring series of conflicting statements and outright neglect: At first, reception confirmed housekeeping had found the mask and set it aside. Later that evening, the receptionist sent a brief WhatsApp message saying it was "not found." When I asked why they initially said they found it, the receptionist said it had been put in the ground-floor trash holding area but assured me trash was only cleared the next evening and staff would retrieve it first thing in the morning. However, the next morning the desk casually told me "it's not there," completely washing their hands of the matter after letting it be thrown away.
