’ Hotel ReviewDuring our stay, we faced a major inconvenience with hot water early in the morning around 5:00 AM. There was no hot water available for bathing. When we contacted the staff for help, we were advised to waste water for 5’10 minutes, which was disappointing, especially since we come from a region where water scarcity is a serious concern.Even after waiting for 15’20 minutes, the issue was still not resolved. We also requested the staff to arrange at least one bucket of hot water, but we were told that they could not help. Additionally, the staff member’s attitude was rude, with no politeness or willingness to assist, which made the experience even more unpleasant.Overall, this was not the level of service we expected, and the situation could have been handled in a much better and more professional manner.

Yesterday we had booked a hall for puberty function while booking the managing team were so kind after the advance payment done totally they were became stranger..even though we are adjust not providing rooms for makeup,And the main thing is function food were not properly refilled started the dinner time by 7.45 by 8.10 fully finished booked for 150 members only 50 members ate after that they taken more than 30 minutes to refill the items told management to fill quickly not responsible for food too...Guests went without food very much disappointed.. Main thing is food quality is too worst chutney sambar are too watery.. Think twice before booking for a event.. The Management team is now changed only is name we are regular customer of vijay park inn conducting functions for past 12 years.. Administration look on it ’’’’’’’’’’

Stayed here for one day with my wife and wanted to visit Isha foundation. Reception staff Esther helped me with check in formalities and they even helped me with assigning the hotel cab services to visit the place. Abbas, the hotel car driver, is immensely patient, kind. He gave us ample of time to explore the foundation. He even came inside with us to click us pictures. They charged on hrs and kms package basis which is very reasonable when compared to outside cab services. I would strongly recommend this place to stay and Abbas as the journey partner.

The staff were polite and helpful.
