Our stay though short was great. It's a very good resort with the price point and the view is breathtaking. Breakfast could have more options. With the restriction on travelling to resort via kalhati road you had to take a detour which almost increase your travel time by couple of hours.
Such a nice place and beautiful view love the food 5/5 for food and taste friendly staff.
We had booked the stay for 2 days through Agoda and it was the worst stay. The bed was not clean and had stains. Bedsheets and towels had fungal marks. We could clearly spot the spe**s mark on the bedsheets and bed. There was no dustbin in the room as well. The resort manager refused to take any responsibility when asked about the issues. The Wi-Fi and TV were not working, and when we inquired, they provided a weak excuse, claiming a power cut was caused by a fallen tree that severed a cable.After we requested a refund for one day from the resort manager because we planned to check out early, he outright refused, explaining that since our booking was made through Agoda, there was nothing he could do. I contacted Agoda's customer service, and they were very helpful in resolving the situation.
