LA Address Retreat

Our family, including our furry little ones, had a truly pleasant stay. It was our first time at such a lovely place where my children created great memories with the pets, especially given the location was very close to many nearby attractions. Also, *Rani & Rocky*, their adorable furry baby, brought us so much joy that we look forward to coming back soon. Wonderful comfortable stay with reasonable prices and friendly hosts.

From my experience, the outdoor lawn area was excellent, well-kept, and a pleasant spot for both playing and relaxing. A notable advantage was that guests could use the kitchen to prepare baby food, which was very convenient for us. On the downside, the indoor room experience was disappointing. The pillows were dirty and had a bad smell on the covers. Storage space was insufficient, and the windows were dusty. I also saw dog and cat hair near the reception area, which was unpleasant. Overall, while the outdoor lawn and kitchen facilities were good, the room cleanliness and indoor conditions did not meet our expectations. I hope management will enhance cleanliness, hygiene, and room amenities for future visitors. Thank you for your reply. I shared my review based on our real experience during the stay. You recommended that specific room to us, saying it would suit our needs. We were not informed beforehand that eating in the room was prohibited; once told, we complied and ate in the dining area. We are pet lovers ourselves, but if the property allows pets, proper cleanliness and hygiene should still be ensured, especially in common areas like reception and dining. Our concern was solely about cleanliness and hygiene. We did not request multiple discounts as mentioned in your response. Regarding the campfire, we only inquired if it could be arranged the same day or the next; we never insisted on the arrival day. Since you arranged it on the same day, we even offered help. I share these points to clarify our experience, not to cause misunderstanding, and hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future guest experiences.

The homestay offers a warm and lovely atmosphere, and we had a great time staying there with our dog. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around, and we received a very warm welcome. The food was also quite good.

Our stay was delightful and tranquil. The place exudes a unique, genuine heritage atmosphere that adds to its charm. Robin offered outstanding service during our time there and looked after us very well. We chose to have dinner one evening, and the homemade meal was incredibly tasty. Definitely recommend it. The breakfast included in our package was typical Tamil style food, somewhat limited but normal. Thanks to Amit for the great experience.
