I stayed for two days and paid 9,110, but the experience did not match what is expected from a 3-star property.Basic amenities were missing — the room had no electric kettle, no hand towels, and no bottled water (only self-service jugs to fill water). There was no working TV connection, and the room telephone didn’t function, making it difficult to contact staff.Despite multiple requests for an extra blanket and an electric kettle, both were not entertained. The hotel also charges 500 extra for a room heater, which should ideally be included in a hill-station stay at this price point.The breakfast was below average, and I was even charged 40 for a glass of hot milk. Curd and hot milk were not included in the breakfast, which felt unreasonable given the tariff.Overall, the property does not justify its price or 3-star rating. It felt more like a newly run budget stay rather than a proper 3-star hotel. Agoda should review how it lists and brands this property, as the current description is misleading for guests.
If I could, I would give them a negative rating. Only frontside room pictures are on Google, and they look nice. But we stayed in a cottage, and the service was terrible. When we checked in, they said food service was available, but later we found out it was only for the frontside rooms. We had to go to the restaurant for food. After ordering, we waited over an hour, and just for water, we waited 20 minutes. The washroom was bad too; the door wouldn't lock, the flush didn't work well, and there was no soap. The geyser didn't heat properly. We called the caretaker multiple times for soap. We ordered four food items, but the bill had 8-9 items we didn't order. They made a fake bill. We didn't pay it and don't regret it. We already paid 5k (breakfast included, but we skipped it). This room should cost 1k, not 5k. Worst service ever. I usually don't give 1-star ratings, but I have no choice this time.
