Room was not that great it was close to balcony and parking lot of noise.
The room was very messy, they spoke very rudely with us,made a lot of noise, they asked to vacate the room, and if we asked for money, they said, go and ask to"Agoda App."
Overall, it was really bad. I booked a room a month ago, and when I called the day before, they said my room was cancelled. They told me to check Staybook, but don't trust it. I tried calling and messaging more than 30 times. They lied about the room being sold out, then said they had a room but it was more expensive. My family was very upset. It's a poor hotel. Call them a week before, and they will say the same thing: no rooms, everything sold out. If you ask for suggestions, they just say they have rooms but at a higher price. Be careful, don't trust Hotel Oriental Garden.
