Worst hotel experience of my life. I booked a room with an extra bed (paid for in advance), but upon arrival, the staff had shamelessly given my room away to someone else, forcing me to squeeze into a cramped, inadequate room until the other guest checked out. When I finally got my actual room, it was handed over in a filthy, unacceptable condition, and the flush was broken — basic hygiene and functionality that any paying guest should expect were completely absent. To make matters worse, the extra bed I had already paid for was never arranged, and I had to fight and repeatedly remind the staff that I had paid for it, only to be met with sheer indifference and rudeness. The staff showed zero accountability and were unwilling to even listen to my complaints, let alone resolve them. This is not a personal grudge — this is a genuine, first-hand account of incompetence, negligence, and disregard for paying customers. If you're planning a trip to Ooty, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. You deserve better than this level of mismanagement and disrespect.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026This is the worst hotel I have seen so far. The room was not clean, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and I didn't even feel safe in the room. The bedsheets and floor were very dirty. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this hotel.
