I stayed at this hotel on 9th May. We checked in late, but unfortunately the linen in the room had still not been changed after the previous guest. For a room that cost Rs. 13,000, this was completely unacceptable. I had to request the staff to replace the dirty linen, which was very disappointing.The staff members were polite and helpful when the issue was raised, but overall the experience did not justify the high room price. The room was definitely not worth the money.The food was average, and there were flies all over the restaurant, which made the dining experience unpleasant.Overall, the hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, and value for money.
