Very disappointing stay. The hotel was unclean, poorly maintained and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. The linen was old, discoloured and initially not changed; even the replacement was torn. The room was dusty, the bathroom had mould, bad ventilation and a faulty door. The bed and mattress were very old and uncomfortable. Monkeys frequently came onto the balcony, making loud noises and disturbing us in the mornings. Overall, one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. I expected only basic cleanliness and hygiene, not luxury. Agoda should inspect this property before advertising it based on misleadingly positive reviews.
Good stay overall. The hotel has nice interiors, and the breakfast was excellent. Some maintenance is required, but otherwise everything was good. We arrived late at night, and since there is no 24-hour reception, it was difficult to find someone for check-in. We had already booked through Agoda with the exact number of guests, including children, and paid accordingly, but the hotel still charged extra for the kids. Also, the room we originally booked was unavailable, but they upgraded us to a better room free of charge, which was appreciated.
The biryani and Chicken 65 I had were incredibly tasty! The flavors were deep, the chicken cooked just right, and everything tasted fresh. I truly enjoyed the meal and the whole experience. I will surely come back again.
