Our stay at V Grand Hotel, Ooty was wonderful, truly feeling like a home away from home. From arrival to departure, every detail was managed with sincere care and professionalism. The hotel is very clean, well-kept, and situated in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing while enjoying Ooty's beauty. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and immaculate, equipped with all we needed for a pleasant visit. The food was fresh, tasty, and served with excellent hospitality. We want to especially thank Mr. Mohammed Ali, the Hotel Manager, whose warmth, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction make this hotel stand out. He personally ensured our comfort and was always ready to assist with a smile. His excellent leadership is evident in the polite and attentive service from the whole team. Every staff member we met was courteous, respectful, and eager to help, making us feel truly welcome. We are grateful to Mr. Mohammed Ali and the entire V Grand Hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality.
