I stayed there on July 20, 2026, and initially felt very disappointed. The price we paid did not match the quality. The rooms did not meet expectations. Considering the facilities offered, the rent was too high. The bathroom flush was faulty and the water was muddy. Cleanliness was lacking. They should provide better amenities for the price charged. The room smelled strongly of pesticide, which was very unpleasant. The only positive was the breakfast. One should visit the property first to decide if it is worth the cost.

The location was convenient and the rooms were reasonably priced. However, I was let down by the food and service. Given the pleasant ambiance and nice setting, they have room for improvement, but their service did not meet expectations.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel overall. Its location is quite distant from the city, making it an ideal spot for those wanting to get away from the daily rush. The area is stunning, with amazing valley views, a calm atmosphere, and the property is well kept. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the food was tasty with a good selection available. If you want a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this place is definitely worth considering. However, I was disappointed with the room booking process. On MakeMyTrip, the Vintage and Heritage room categories are presented in a misleading way. The photos during booking implied the room would offer a beautiful valley view, which was a key reason I chose and paid for this hotel. But when I arrived, my room had no valley view at all—it was situated inside the property without the scenic outlook I expected. I strongly suggest the hotel clearly distinguish the room types and provide accurate photos for each to prevent confusion and ensure guests know exactly what they are reserving. Aside from this, our stay was pleasant and the hotel has much to offer.
