Serenity Suites

The rooms are quite poor: there are stains on the sheets and blankets, and the walls are stained all over. The bathroom is not very clean. They don't provide bottled water; instead, they just tell you to fill your bottle from the water filter. I don't understand why they label it as a luxury stay. The location is convenient since it's on the main road, but the parking space is inadequate.

Nearly three months have passed since my visit to Ooty and my stay at Serenity Suits. I've been wanting to share my wonderful experience, and here it is at last. The hotel's location, rooms, decor, common spaces, and especially the staff and host's service were outstanding. I would suggest this place to anyone visiting Ooty. Keep in mind there isn't an on-site restaurant, but that's not an issue since you can order food through Swiggy or Zomato, both available in Ooty. Our two-day stay was truly enjoyable.

The rooms are very nice and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ooty. The entire staff was very helpful and made the stay comfortable and hassle-free.
