Great Location but Needs Improvement

The location is excellent, perfect for easy access to nearby shopping. However, the stay was marred by poor cleanliness, no Wi-Fi, and limited amenities, which made it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep. Staff interactions were less than ideal, and the facilities left much to be desired, making the overall experience disappointing despite the convenience. But the only positive aspects are the location and the complimentary breakfast.

Only locaiton is good. Belreakfast is horrible dont be happy y booking including Breakfast. It is horrible. Flat car parking unlike other hotel in ooty which has steep car parking. Locaiton is hardly 2 mins walk from ooty lake .Rooms are very dard and very conjusted. I dont recommend if you are with child. Less visibility in room due to dark light. Kids might hit them in furniture corner as space is less.
