First The location is very far from OOTY,no nearby shops and the road to the location is very steep, and the climate is very hot during March itself, and the view is not greenish as shown in picture, everywhere looking very dry,compared to Ooty city, Second the cleanliness is just ok , and the toilet is very bad smelling, not cleaned properly, after repeated intimation to front desk also, not cleaned properly, there is no spa service, there is no 24 hrs front desk service, food and even tea and coffee were overpriced 3 times the original cost, and the quality of dinner is average. But breakfast is okRoom rent is overpriced to the property.
The place is neat and with great views. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room was spacious ours was a family room with two double beds. Those who want to stay far from busy town of ooty and to have great views this place is superb. Since 1 year am trying to book here and finally got it. So do your booking in advance
