I booked through Agoda, where early check-in was available, but at arrival I was charged a **heavily inflated additional amount** that was not clearly disclosed on the app. The cancellation policy was strict from the day of booking, so there was practically no flexibility.The **service is extremely poor**. At night, there was **no electricity and no water**, which is completely unacceptable for a property charging this kind of price. These are basic necessities, not luxury services.The food was freshly prepared, which was the only real positive.Honestly, **you are paying for the view, not the hospitality**. A beautiful location cannot justify poor service, unexpected charges and failure to provide basic amenities. Very disappointing experience
