The Worst Stay We’ve Ever Experienced – Not Worth the MoneyThis was easily one of the worst stays we have ever endured. We paid nearly 5,000 expecting a spacious 340 sq. ft. room, but were initially given a tiny room of around 100 sq. ft. We checked in only around 7:30 PM, and the room issue itself had already ruined our experience before the stay had properly begun. To make matters worse, the staff kept coming to our room around 11 AM despite the owner having approved a late check-out. Even more shockingly, the staff put our luggage, including a company laptop, out in the rain. This was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of professionalism and concern for guests’ belongings. The replacement room also lacked Wi-Fi and cable TV. When we tried calling the property in the morning to ask about breakfast, all three contact numbers were unreachable. The reception staff were rude, and the overall service was extremely disappointing.Honestly, why would anyone pay this much for such an experience when there are wonderful villas nearby available for around 2,000?The property could be much better if the management provided basic hospitality training to its staff and improved its guest service. The owner may be willing to help, but that means little if the staff cannot handle guests professionally.Absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend this property.
