1. Washroon flush was not working 2. No supplies like drinking water, tea, coffe, milk caches 3. Heater was not provided in such a cold weather 4. No hot water for bathing 5. Floor was soo cold but no slippers were provided 6. Ordering food close time was 6pm which is very early for a tourist as we are usually travelling at that time
