The Hotel was booked online 5 hrs before our arrival but when we arrived it was a surprise to the staff. They then started arranging room ,even though almost all the hotel rooms were vacant.We had paid extra bed charges online during booking but we got it after 3 hrs, that too after 2-3 times follow up.No towels, no handwash , no soaps and even though no drinking water provided until we did multiple requests.Food we got as per their availability but its manageable because of shortage of cooking gas they were not able to provide food as per our choice.
The time we entered checkin was smooth, the time we entered the room the staff took the key saying will come in 2 mins and he did not return the key for 10mins after i visited the reception and we were without electricity in the room....then the AC was not getting on 2 staff came and went but no resolution till the time their technician came after 16-20 mins after visiting reception for 3 times....it was so irritating... TV waa not working properly keys were not working on remote and only Youtube access....the dustbin was broken the big mirror was broken....red pillow had oil stains....the shower tap came in hand just in first use...it was broken....the time my mother sat on the chair, she fail as the wooden chair seat was broken....horrible experience, we complained....the balcony had only 1 chair covered in dust....will never visit in my life or would never recommend anyone....do not just trust 1-2 good reviews...i made similar mistake....there are multiple good options nearby but do not try this.
Stay was very normal, swimming pool was not operational, food was not up to the mark specially dinner food. Overall location is good, rooms are clean, staffs were very good. Best part was the weather was very fantastic mainly in night time.
