Hotel Grandeur

Arriving in the late evening after a long flight, only to find probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures on line must have been taken at least 20 years ago. The room was a wreck, toilet seat filthy and not even fixed to the toilet. No toilet paper, and the whole place was in a dilapidated state. The staff had taken a course in surly and sour customer diss-service. They wanted to supply the breakfast to our room. I don’t think that even the rats would eat there. We left with having breakfast and were happy to leave. To improve the hotel, and I struggle to classify it as a hotel, they could demolish it and erect a tent. As an aside, with my wife and I booked into the room only one very grubby towel as supplied. The shower room was filthy with mould and detritus a the floor. Please don’t stay here.

The quality-price is note making sense. Must be more expensive. Room in very good conditions. 1km to the Airport. I manager have an issue loosing 23000 rupiees.Sabir shaikh manager kindly helped me. I had booked two Super Deluxe Rooms through a friend by paying an advance of ’2,000/-. Mr. Shaikh, who handled the booking, assured me that the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.However, upon visiting the property, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was not a hotel but a poorly maintained lodging. The conditions were unhygienic and completely different from what was promised:The walls were damp and covered with fungus.Staircase tiles were broken and unsafe.Bathrooms and toilets were dirty, with visible fungus.Beds were infested with bed bugs, and there were many mosquitoes.The entire area surrounging the building had a foul smell.There was no elevator, and only two staff members were managing the entire place.When I requested a refund of the advance amount, the owner refused.This is a clear case of misrepresentation and poor service, and I plan to wait for a day or two for a resolution before filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum.Not recommended for stay ’ highly unhygienic and unsafe.

We have been coming regularly to Hotel Grandeur since 2018 ! The best place to be to rest a while before taking international flights or welcoming family returning from abroad ! Location is the major factor for staying here every time, a budget hotel closest to the International airport !

First off all the bedsheets were extremely dirty even when we asked for new ones they were also stained the walls are broken and taped up and the roof has a little path where rats crawl I couldn't sleep with the amount of bugs. The only thing vaguely good was the service but even then it was. Still bad. Would never recommend because there is a hotel nearby that is quite large and is much cleaner
