I recently stayed at Regency Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, which is always my top priority while booking a stay. The room size was decent, not too small, not overly spacious either, just comfortable enough. However, the property does feel slightly dated. Some of the bathroom tiles were chipped and the cupboards looked a bit old. That said, despite the older interiors, the cleanliness was well maintained.The location is right next to a metro station, which is convenient for commuting, but the immediate surrounding area didn’t feel very family friendly, especially at night. The guest parking space is also quite limited, which could be inconvenient if you are traveling by car. As for the food, room service was average, and quite a few menu items were unavailable. The sandwich was really good, but the biryani was just okay. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, with great variety and well prepared dishes. Overall, a decent stay mainly because of the cleanliness and breakfast experience.

Location exactly at Santa Cruz metro station.Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is yummy. All the services are excellent. Staff is very polite. Prepared and provided food as per our requests. We stayed with parents and kids and enjoyed the stay and food.Excellent stay. Special thanks to Mr Robert, Mr. Shaikh and Ms Sonali.

Right outside the Santa Cruz metro station. Good breakfast, spacious, clean rooms. Good service as well.They're hesitant about unmarried couples and may not admit them.
