The staff and canteen were okay, people's behavior was good, and the hotel's location was convenient. There were issues with the geyser and mattress, requiring them to shift rooms twice.

India • Jan 2026They need to improve standards and communication with people who stay at the hotel including b/fast issues ,I had to hold managers and other staff for accountability when matters relating clearness and service ,it took time and they responded and service improved ,if you stay at this hotel inform staff of any issue right away and they will try to resolve it ,hotel has potential they just need to be more responsible ,I wish they take note and up hold there responsibility
Our stay in Sunshine Inn was comfortable but the area around the hotel is pathetic. The hotel itself is clean and the food is good. This could be curtailed.
