Wonderful experience

The views were amazing and the facilities were excellent, making for a very positive overall experience.

If you want to visit the street market of Jibhi at night while staying at this hotel, it's not possible because there's a steep 25-30 minute trek from the road to Jibhi Dreamz, which is very risky and slippery at night. During checkout, they said they would carry our luggage upstairs, but we had already paid in advance. On checkout day, they were at the top drinking cold drinks while we, a group of 25-30 people, carried our own luggage and others'. After we brought all the luggage up, they went down and claimed there was no luggage there, which made us very upset.

I came from a trek and I wanted to take bath, but when I opened the tap to fill the bucket, what I saw was black water coming out. Then I came out of washroom, went to the Staff to tell them, but they could not provide the solution, instead, they told me to take bath from one bottle of water, how is it possible. And even the drinking water from RO was coming muddy, that night I had to drink muddy water. When I complained to the Owner, he told me that why are you complaining? And then I asked another homestays if they are also facing this issue, they told clear water is coming out, no other days were facing this issue. So by midnight, I could not even change my stay, and it was the worst night because no water. Water is the most basic thing and they could not even provide that, I did not ask for anything else. Even after paying premium price, their behaviour was arrogant. They kept telling me water will come after 10 minutes and I kept waiting for water for the next four hours. I have been to so many hill stations, but I never faced this issue. Next morning, when I woke up, I changed my stay, and in another stay the water was completely clear. They did not give me any excuses like them.
