Hopeless hotel , Arrogant staff, when you use washroom take umbrella with you , bathroom water enter in the room,so go with pocha also, no exhaust in bathroom Room No 202, horrible experience . Other rooms AC water pipe you will find in your bathroom , bathroom water stuck and not drain properly

The experience was very disappointing and unpleasant! The pictures on Agoda do not match the real state of the hotel at all. The room was very unhygienic and had a mouse that ruined the food we bought from the local market. There was no cleanliness at all—the beds and blankets were dirty, the floor was not cleaned properly, and the bed had bedbugs too. The geyser gave electric shocks, which is a serious safety issue, and the AC was leaking water. The room's condition was awful and nothing like the photos. What made it worse was the owner's reaction. When we told them about the mouse, instead of taking it seriously, the owner blamed us, saying we attracted the mouse by keeping food. The staff were rude and spoke disrespectfully when we raised our concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we've had. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality.

Otherwise, I would have avoided this hotel. 5. The room was very unclean. 6. The bedsheets and bathroom were dirty. 7. Housekeeping was poorly done. 8. The room had dust and an unpleasant odor. 9. Even with these issues, they charged us the full price. 10. No discount or compensation was offered. 14. The hotel amenities also did not match what was shown on Agoda. 15. It seems like false advertising. 16. This was very disappointing for a family stay. 17. We paid full price but received very poor service. 18. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 19. Agoda should inspect this property. 20. Please avoid booking here if you want a clean and decent stay.
