K T Royal Hotel

I request everyone, especially differently-abled persons and senior citizens, to avoid visiting KT Royal Hotel, Sangrur.The hotel has no basic accessibility facilities. At the entrance, there are stairs instead of a ramp, and there is no helper available to assist elderly or disabled guests.We have complained multiple times, but no ramp has been constructed till now. This makes it very difficult and unsafe for those who need support.

We recently arranged a birthday party in KT ROYAL and ordered veg. white sauce pasta for kids. It was the worst experience i ever had. Pasta had a distinct smell of dead chicken and when i complained it to the waiter, they started denying it. I think their cold store for vegetarian and non-vegetarian is same. Rest food was below average.

Service is the best but slow have to wait for long time A good place in Sangrur to enjoy lunch ,dinner and snacks

’I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and serious concern regarding a recent order on 26th September.’First, the aloo and paneer patty I ordered was severely lacking in quality and flavor. The food was tasteless and very less filling, which is unacceptable for a meal from a restaurant of your standing.’More seriously, I also purchased a chocolatecake. Upon cutting into the cake, it was immediately clear that the product was expired and unsafe to eat. It had a distinct bad smell and there was a noticeable watery discharge inside, indicating spoilage.’Serving expired food is a serious health and safety violation. This is completely unacceptable and raises significant questions about your kitchen's quality control and food storage procedures.’All coperate employees who are fed up with office life and need a break can plan dinner in KT royale and you will get free medical issues and leave from office.

I was on business trip and Accommodation for one night has booked here. Overall experience is good. Food taste and presentation is excellent, only thing i want to suggest to hotel management that please keep half portions of dish specifically if single person came for dining. Unnecessary food is getting spoiled. At entrance some unpleasant smell is there which i didn’t like at all.
