I truly value the staff and management's efforts to maintain high hygiene standards. However, revisiting my review from two years ago, I want to emphasize to management the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction and not taking customers for granted. The restaurant service was poor, and billing was done without the customer's consent.

Avoid staying at Grand Kailash in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar. I hoped for a comfortable experience but faced frequent power outages in the room, happening 4-5 times, and the bathroom lacked shower gel. When I raised these issues with management, they refused to acknowledge the problem and acted as if the hotel was doing me a favor. The service and attitude were unacceptable. For your peace of mind, choose a different hotel.

We dined at Royal Rasoi – Grand Kailash and had a great experience. We tried the Kung Pao Chicken starter, Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Biryani. All the dishes were tasty and flavorful. We truly enjoyed the meal and would recommend this restaurant. The only downside was the service, as the staff took a long time to bring the food. Faster service would enhance the dining experience.

Clean and well-maintained, this is among the top spots in the city center. Great for those who enjoy non-vegetarian dishes. However, it is not ideal for vegetarians due to the very limited vegetarian choices on the menu.

I had reserved 3 rooms and arrived late to check in around 1 am. At the counter, I was informed that digital IDs or digi locker IDs were not accepted; they required physical IDs. Among the 6 adults, 4 had physical IDs and 2 had digital ones. The hotel refused to accept the digital IDs, and even speaking with the manager didn't change their stance. They insisted on taking photos of the IDs to store in their database on their device, which already contained months of guests' ID photos. I believe this practice is risky and possibly illegal. They were firm about not accepting digital IDs. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel as their policy of storing digital pictures of guests' IDs seems unethical.
