Worst hotel experience of my life — completely misleading photos!The Meadows Resort and Spa is an old, poorly maintained property. The rooms were dirty, with peeling paint, stained cupboards, filthy washrooms, and foul-smelling bedsheets, blankets, and towels. We found ants and insects on the floors and beds. The bathrooms and bathtubs were in terrible condition.We checked four rooms—***, and ***—and none were acceptable. We couldn't stay even for a few hours.Staff failed to provide fresh towels despite repeated requests. When we complained, we were told to adjust for the night and promised an upgrade the next morning. When we requested cancellation for the following night, they simply told us to contact Agoda.Do not trust the photos. Based on my experience, avoid this property unless you want to waste your money.
Property is not at all maintained, staff is non responsive, don't expect service, nothing for kids, not at all good option
We booked a 'deluxe room with bath tub'. It was one of the creepiest room that we had ever seen. The bed sheets were dirty. The bathtub and tiles were yellow stained. The food was terrible. Right from the soup with oily croutons to weird-tasting ice cream.Since we could, we checked-in in another hotel within 1 hour. Do not get fooled by the photos uploaded by the hotel.
