They have no first aid available, coolly claiming that everything was closed down for the night (it was 9:45 pm). Also, service is extremely delayed (have to remind twice), did not recieve complementary items like towels, toothpaste, etc and only received them after, you guessed it, reminding them TWICE. Very bad customer service and professionalism.
