Despite a third-party, pre-booking system error initially delaying our check-in, the team acted efficiently to secure our rooms. The restaurant staff - specially the restaurant manager, particularly, offered outstanding, polite service for our family—including senior citizens and a four-year-old—with delicious breakfast and dinner buffets, specifically highlighting the excellent Russian salad (thanks to the outstanding chef of Ginger Aurangabad for this).Additionally, the travel desk (***) arranged reliable transport and a good driver (***) who knew the landscape fairly well and took us to all the sight seeing spots we had planned on the same day. He was also very helpful by adding tips on how the local shopkeepers will approach us during our planned mandir darshan and dropped us to the nearest parkings in our planned spots.Security staff (***) provided valuable local sightseeing insights as well like what can we additionally visit in the city by the dusk.Last but not the least, the honesty of the housekeeping staff (***) was laudable.My father mistakenly left one of his small luggage during check out. He found it and he came in time to return it while we were checking out at the front desk.*Highlighting the Exceptional Service*• Proactive Staff & Problem Solving: While the initial, pre-booked, 2-room, 3rd party booking issue was disappointing, the front-desk staff remained composed, polite, and coordinated directly with the 3rd party to resolve the issue swiftly, ensuring we had a great stay.• Family-Friendly Care: The hospitality team went above and beyond for our family, showing extra care for my senior parents and my four-year-old.• Outstanding Dining Experience: The restaurant staff and manager provided excellent service, serving delicious, high-quality buffet meals for both breakfast and dinner, with a special shoutout to the outstanding Russian salad.• Helpful Concierge & Security: The travel desk provided excellent vehicles for exploring the nearby tourist spots, and *** (Security) provided essential directions and advice.Housekeeping staff (***) returned a luggage that was left in the room during check out.Despite the initial check-in issue, the staff's dedication to make our stay comfortable and addressing all our needs made the experience memorable and I would highly recommend Ginger Aurangabad.
