Very bad experience no proper service so the rooms are very small and honestly it's not even a budget hotel they charge you 3700 for per night, Now the rooms are soo small that it can't even accommodate a kettle the kettle is kept out in common area I mean guys seriously. If you want to iron the shirt you have to go out again in common area, no bell boy to take your luggage to your room you have to carry yourself. I mean I have stayed I so many hotels but this was one of its kind. You have to take your toiletries from the reception its not even kept in the rooms I failed to understand what kind of a logic was that. Overall the breakfast was good but if you are looking for an experience this is not a place for you.

The bathroom shower was relaxing with sufficient pressure.Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.There was puri bhaji, idli sambhar, banana, watermelon, 2 typ4s of boiled sprouts, toast, boiled egg, tea, etc.Room was also clean, and so was the washroom.Wifi is not accessible.H4nce giving only 4 star rating for room.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The reception staff was not welcoming at all, which set a negative tone right from the beginning. There was no assistance provided’neither for carrying luggage nor for guiding us to our room or even informing us about the correct floor.Additionally, basic amenities like the dental kit had to be collected by ourselves from the reception, which is quite unusual for a hotel of this standard.This is the first time I’ve experienced such low-quality service. Overall, it was a third-class experience, and unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to this hotel.

The rooms are neat, spacious, and well-maintained, giving a very relaxing experience after a long day. The staff is courteous, helpful, and quick in service, which makes the stay even better.The hotel is located in a convenient area, making travel around the city easy. The ambiance is peaceful and suitable for both business and leisure visits. Food is also good in taste with decent options available.Overall, it’s a reliable and value-for-money hotel in Sambhaji Nagar. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
