After I posted the review, a hotel representative called me to verify it and asked for the contact number of the guest with me (my wife) to cross-check. I refused and said they could talk to me directly. Then, a manager called and questioned the review's credibility, arguing why I didn't inform the reception earlier. I told him it was my choice to report or leave, and I considered leaving to stay elsewhere. I asked him to stop harassing me and focus on improving. They want to charge more but offer less. I had stayed here before and chose it again, but I will never stay here in the future.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel located right next to Jalna Road in the city center, which is definitely a benefit. The property is well maintained with warm, wooden, and cozy interiors🤎. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a classic vintage style that felt timeless✨. It was well equipped with refreshments and appliances, though some toiletries were missing; the bathroom was functional but the WC could use some bleaching. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Keep in mind that parking is limited and open, which might cause vehicles to get hot during the summer. Overall, my stay was relaxing and comfortable, just as expected :)
