I recently stayed at this hotel and immediately regretted my choice. The cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. The sheets were dirty, and the towels, which should have been white, were grey and looked so unhygienic that I was uncomfortable using them. The tables and side tables were dusty and clearly not cleaned well. Additionally, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. When we raised these issues, the staff was unhelpful and uncooperative, making the stay even more frustrating. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend it based on my stay.

The hotel's location was its only positive aspect. Sadly, the room was dirty and looked very old, rusty, and badly kept. It honestly seemed like we were assigned one of the worst rooms available. The bathroom had numerous rust stains that almost covered the tile colors. The air conditioning in our room was broken. We reported it, but nobody came to fix or check it. When we later asked the staff, they said we should have followed up because otherwise, they wouldn't know it was still broken. This was very disappointing and showed poor customer service. The whole hotel was dusty and appeared poorly maintained. The staff were neither helpful nor friendly. Overall, aside from the good location, there was little good about our stay. Cleanliness, upkeep, room quality, and service all need major improvements.
