I visited [ketav's Ayush health paradise ] with my family. The place was very clean and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We took Panchkarma therapy and felt very relaxed and refreshed. It was a great experience, and we would love to visit ’’

It was a wonderful rejuvenation to be at ketav Ayush Health Paradise. Room service, food and hospitality all are to be appreciated. The owner , Mr Sodhi met us and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed shirodhara treatment there. Adding a cherry to the top is that our pet, Coco also enjoyed the stay. Staff ( Rahul, Pankaj, Rooplal) were careful and observant , that our pet is safe when we went out. I would also like to mention the way Deeksha cleared my doubts, when I called her at late night, is beyond appreciation. I am glad to have a good friend added to my list. We would definitely like to visit the place once again and recommend all to enjoy at the place.

Cooking lessons are complimentary for anyone interested! :)Dr Seema assisted by Dr Bindu expertly plan and coordinate all Ayurvedic treatments , involving you in every step of the process and totally supporting you. Their positive energy and explanations are contagious even when treatments are challenging !The therapists (I had Neenu and Usha but all are wonderful) - expert hands releasing all stress immediately and facilitate the healing on every level ’..The Family of staff -Rahul, Rooplal, HarbansLal, Manu, Tilakraz, Rajni, Veena - to name just a few - they all share the work of cleaning, cooking, gardening, driving, helping anywhere that's needed and they are all happy smiling people with great energy.And then there's Diksha! The organisational Queen! A force of positive energy with a heart of gold . Available anytime to sort any issue or help with any practical (or emotional) need ..from rescheduling or adding treatments to places to explore on excursions, where to change money, what to buy in the local area or just there to chat and have a laugh or a cry.The staff of KAHP are generous beyond words with their love and support as well as anything they have to share. You are considered part of their family. What a privilege that is !

Every aspect of the experience, from the treatments to the daily rhythms, are designed to restore balance and well-being. The Ayurvedic treatments, performed by two heart-led therapists exceeded my expectations, supporting me in deeply diving into my detox journey with care and expertise.Even when issues arose, the Ketav management team was empathetic and quick to help find a positive solution, ensuring that my experience remained smooth and fulfilling. India March’25We have travelled from Australia with 12 women to share an authentic 15 day Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat.It was our first time to Ketav Ayush Health Paradise based in Himechal Pradesh in the Kangra District. It has without doubt been an experience of a lifetime. Life changing! We have been totally cared , nurtured and nourished by all staff. Our treatments are simply amazing and healing.To wake up in the Himalayas is spiritual and incredibly healing for the mind, body and soul.Long countryside walks at the base of the mountains are highly recommended. It’s fertile farm land that is abundant in produce wherever you look.
