Kimmane Luxury Resort

Very disappointing ’luxury’ dining experience.We visited SAA Restaurant at Kimmane Golf Resort for our friend’s anniversary. We were a group of 8 and entered around 9:30 PM. As soon as we sat down, the staff told us the table was ’not serviceable’ and shifted us to another one.Then we were told 10:15 PM is the last order and that we had to place the full order all at once. We agreed.We had brought an anniversary cake, and a lady informed us that outside cake is not allowed and if we want to cut it there, we have to pay ’500.Coming to the food: the starter arrived before the soup, and the soup was cold with hardly 4’5 tiny chicken pieces. While serving, the steward dropped a chicken piece onto my lap, apologized and said he would replace it ’ the replacement never came.Almost all starters (even tandoor items) were not hot, and the Sangria was terrible ’ the wine was extremely bitter and didn’t taste like a proper sangria at all. The only thing that saved the night was the biryani, which was good.Even small basics like a finger bowl were given only after requesting, and it had so little water that you could barely dip a finger.For a bill of around ’15k, this was nowhere close to a premium/luxury dining experience. The prices are fine, but the food should at least be served hot and taste decent.1 star only for the location ’ it’s absolutely beautiful.

We recently visited Kimmane Golf Village for the second time to finalize arrangements for my cousin’s wedding, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning’lush greenery, serene surroundings, and beautifully maintained spaces that instantly make you feel relaxed and special.Their newly launched Kimmane Luxury Lawns is an excellent addition and a perfect setting for weddings. The space is spacious, elegant, and blends beautifully with nature, making it ideal for grand celebrations as well as intimate moments.We also had lunch during our visit, and the food was simply amazing’fresh, flavorful, and very well served. The hospitality and support from the team throughout the visit were reassuring and professional, which gives us great confidence as we move closer to the wedding.Overall, Kimmane Golf Village is a fantastic choice for destination weddings and family celebrations. A beautiful resort, great food, and a memorable ambience’we’re truly excited to celebrate the wedding here!

Very pleasant place to stay. I just wanted to stay inside the property, every thing was neatly maintained. Just a little disappointed with the swimming pool, could have been little bigger for the crowd they attract. The food was very good, excellent, but the menu is little limited for the third day. Yes, stayed there for three days. The dining and house keeping staff there are tirelessly working with beautiful smiles on their faces, very hardworking brothers and sisters from NE, needs to be mentioned, and the people who are complaining about the food and raking up issues here in the review section about the arrogance, none of that happened to us, a family of 12 members. We all share a same level of satisfaction.

Perfect place for a staycation. The rooms were fab , the shower was bliss. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The resort has a lot of activities so we didn't feel the need to step outside for entertainment. Loved kayaking watching a sunset, they had a buggy ride covering the entire 70 acre land, lotnof indoor games like carrom, chess, foosball etc , you can cycle as well accross the property. They even had some cake mixing event on one of the days. Overall enjoyed my stay. Food is reasonable priced in the resort. They also have a bar.Somethings to note - they don't have room service , you will have to go to the restuarant and order. They don't have valet parking. Once you get the luggage out of the car, you need to go park it . Also the upper floors don't have lift, so incase you can't climb steps, they give u the lower floor rooms, you might have to let them know your preference in advance.

We walked in for buffet lunch , it was okay . Some dishes were as expected others complete mess (for the price charged). Roughly 1/3 serving points were Not labelled - eg. I wasn’t sure it I was serving myself Yellow Dal or Dal Khichadi, etc etc.Desserts were limited , staff tried their best to take care of guests - cordial and helpful bunch.Location and ambience is premium - as required and propositioned , there was a slight drizzle during the 3-4pm period we were there , and the atmosphere was more than pleasant especially with the lush green backdrop of the golf course.Upon enquires made it was mentioned that only guest and members have access to the Golf course - it would be nice if 1-2 hours batches could be available for walking guests to get an exposure of this beautiful sport and hopefully encourage more members/visitors.
