Couple • India • Oct 2026The receptionist unfortunately was not very adept at his job. He couldn't do with an online ID (nearly all hotels accept online IDs now). He called me a bit late in the night (11:30pm onwards) to again ask for a physical ID.The room had a AC that could only be switched on or off via a main switch; no remote. The bed had only one pillow. LoL. The washroom wasn't very good. Like it wasn't dirty or not cleaned by the staff, but it wasn't in a good state to be used comfortably. They should probably the washroom.
