The staff were very welcoming and kind, the rooms were kept in excellent condition, and the location is convenient right on Madikeri main road.

The team did not respond properly, calls went unanswered, and no water bottles were provided. Very disappointing place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It has a decent rooms but amenities are zero, inspite charging 2k + they'll provide only a towel and a bathing bar,No iron box, no toilatories, no dental kit

The rooms are okay, but there are no amenities at all. Even though they charge over 2k, they only give a towel and a soap bar. There's no iron, toiletries, or dental kit provided.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities mentioned online were not available. The deluxe room we received was right next to the reception, which we had clearly opted out of. We had to pay extra to move to another room.We were shown a 2BHK option for additional charges, but it was poorly maintained. The bedsheets were dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned after previous use, and the dustbins were not cleared. After switching rooms again, we still faced cleanliness issues and had to spend a lot of time getting things cleaned properly.Basic amenities were not provided when requested. on make my trip it said mineral water is included but we were charged for the water, there is not hot water kettle provided.The service did not match what was advertised, including the availability of cook and butler service. There are also no restaurants nearby, which made the stay even more inconvenient.Overall, it was not worth the money. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
