My recent booking through Agoda turned into one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I’m writing this to ensure others don’t go through the same frustration.Before the trip, I specifically requested Agoda to waive charges for my 7-year-old child, but they were completely unhelpful. Despite raising it in advance, the resort still charged me before check-in, and Agoda offered zero support.The issues didn’t stop there:- The room had bugs, which is completely unacceptable for a paid stay.- There was no buggy service available despite having elderly people with us, making it very inconvenient.- Room service was extremely poor — our food order was incorrect, and after raising it again, we had to wait 1.5 hours.- Shockingly, housekeeping entered and cleaned our room without our permission while our valuables (cash and electronics) were inside. This is a serious breach of privacy and security.- The fridge in the room was not working.- Kids were made to wait for rackets for a long time, but they never received them.- We requested help to unlock the locker, but the staff showed up only after an entire day.The most disappointing part was the behavior of the staff. Managers Suresh and Mihir were extremely rude and unprofessional. Suresh, in particular, mocked the situation and sarcastically said, “You can add all this in your Agoda review,” clearly showing they didn’t care about customer experience at all.Overall, Agoda completely failed to support the customer, and the resort’s service was equally poor. This experience has been stressful, unsafe, and not worth the money spent.I strongly advise others to think twice before booking through Agoda or choosing this property. Once they take your money, you’re on your own.

Overall the property is good and nice. Comfortable rooms. Good food can be better for the price. Lots of activities to use and again very expensive. What i did not like : most of the lifts stink literally and complaining did not help.Bathroom in our room also had some bad smell and it vanished after sometime and reappeared again. Tolerable and not like the lifts.

Food was not at all good for the price quoted, there were frequent power cuts, service was delayed, prices for all the extra activities were too costly.

In a word- good property.Wonderful food.Peopled by mostly Industrial Trainees,so lot of attention. Telephone etiquette is outstanding.response in one ring.Had a feeling, members get better rooms than non members.However,once requested,the clean up was done.By the way,ask for loofah,Dental Kit and Shaving Kit.

Our stay at the resort was genuinely a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the interaction with the host was smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated. The pre-arrival communication was clear and helpful, making the entire check-in process feel effortless.The overall upkeep of the resort and maintenance of the rooms were impressive. Everything felt well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping services were consistent, and the rooms were neat and comfortable throughout our stay.One thing to note is that the Agoda listing mentioned that a bathtub would be available in the room, which was not the case. It would be great if this could be corrected to avoid any confusion for future guests.One of the standout aspects was the staff. They were courteous, responsive, and always ready to help, which added a lot of warmth to the experience. A special mention to the support staff Manjula, Sahida, and Anjalee for their excellent service and for making our stay feel extra special.The food and beverage experience was good overall, with decent quality and taste. Service efficiency was satisfactory, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of speed and coordination during peak times.The holiday activities provided were enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The resort also ensured that we were informed about the available experiences and events, which helped us make the most of our stay.The check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, wrapping up the visit on a positive note.Overall, the stay met and in some moments exceeded our expectations, creating a few truly memorable moments. With minor improvements in food service efficiency and listing accuracy, this place can easily deliver a near-perfect experience.Would definitely consider visiting again 👍

Used my own EV vehicle and stayed for 2 nights.1. 7km Road leading to resort is pathetic.2. EV charger installed in resort cannot be booked. 1 of 2 was not working. Have to perform guard duties near charger to get your turn or have the attitude to boss around.3. Called their buggy service for luggage pickup during checkout. Gave them 30mins advance notice. Chaltha hai attitude as usual. Even lied to me that other guest luggage was being picked up as reason for lateness. When buggy turned up it was just our luggage.4. Breakfast buffet was again "checked all boxes types". Elaborate spread but nothing memorable. Being in South India, especially Karnataka, sambar for example was tasting like watery veggie stew.5. Post checkout no one helped in loading our luggage on to our car. Possibly did not help after my feedback. I don't want it personally for anyone but for seniors/ people needing help, but was offered to others.6. Shower gel was empty both days. Ended up using personal soap.Don't know if my expectations were high but truly mediocre experience.

Went during 25-27th Dec 2025. We were family of 4 adults and 2 kids. To start with good stuffs, rooms were big and also clean. Property is well maintained. The Happy Hub manager Mr. Ajay is very friendly and accommodated our request for 1hr DJ night without hesitation.Now coming to not so good stuff, to start with they are charging around 16k per room but it doesn’t have basic dental kit, slippers or bathrobes. For that matters tissue paper. We need to call and ask for them.Swimming pool doesn’t have any tube for kids to float, we need to buy from them.Outdoor activity sport stuffs are very badly maintained like cricket ball is out of air don’t bounce, none of staff available to ask for new bat, ball or anything.Pool table cues were in very bad shape. Had to ask to get new cues which was reserved for very good players. Table cloth was also torn. Mr. Ajay assured that he will get it changedMost of the activities are chargeable except a few. We did enjoy the DJ night and the dance tutorial. Other than this, nothing much to do in the resort. It’s around 12km from Virajpet, so you will end up staying in the resort most of the time.Now coming to food. It’s not out of the world, and chef for sure doesn’t know continental dishes. Be it pizza, spegatti or pasta. None were up to standards. However Indian dishes were good.Most important is that the resort was houseful. Probably they have many members and this was clearly seen in the long queues for entering the restaurant (both alacate and buffet)Overall it’s average experience. If they improve upon the activities then probably okish.

Resort is very good. But the road leading to the resort is horrible which in fact partially spoiled our fun. Cost of food is also slightly on the upper side
