During my stay, some guests were shouting on the balcony late at night.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay, but we decided not to stay because the room was in an unacceptable condition. The room was unhygienic, the bedsheets were stained, and there was a dead cockroach inside the room.When we requested fresh bedsheets, the room service staff initially argued that the sheets had just been changed and were new. It was only after we pointed out the visible stains that they agreed to replace them.Even after the bedsheets were changed, we were not comfortable staying due to the overall lack of cleanliness. The room felt damp and moldy, and the window would not lock properly, allowing cold air to enter throughout the room.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic hygiene, cleanliness, and room maintenance should be a minimum standard for any hotel. We could not stay in such conditions and would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.
