During our stay at the hotel, there was shortage of several basic amenities and services that were expected considering the premium tariff charged by the property.1.Bottled drinking water was not provided in the room. Instead, only jug water was supplied, which was unexpected for a hotel of this category.2.Basic toiletries and essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, bathing soap, and towels were not provided. Only shampoo and handwash were available in the room. Guests generally expect these minimum amenities as part of standard hospitality service.3.The hotel had advertised complimentary breakfast; however, only a single plate breakfast per head was served in the room without tea or coffee. The reason cited was a gas-related issue. Despite the limited service, the room tariff charged was on the higher side considering that complimentary breakfast was included in the package.Overall, while the politeness and behavior of the staff were genuinely good and appreciated, the facilities and services provided did not fully justify the premium pricing charged by the hotel.

The staffs were helpful. The room was spacious and also the hotel is right beside the KSRTC bus stand which makes it accessible. And they also rent vehicles making it very convenient.The cleanliness and hygiene could be better. Though washed, mattress cover and towels seemed quite old. Also regarding bathroom though it was clean but there were a lot of flies sitting on the tiles in the bathroom. The services and hygiene could be much better for the price paid.

The staff were accommodating. The room was large, and the hotel is located right next to the KSRTC bus stand, making it easy to reach. They also offer vehicle rentals, which adds to the convenience. However, the cleanliness and hygiene could improve. Even though the mattress cover and towels were washed, they appeared quite worn out. The bathroom was clean but had many flies on the tiles. Considering the price, the service and hygiene could be enhanced.

Great rooms considering the price. The hot water could be improved. It's difficult to use with the gas geyser.

Overall good, room is nice, service is good, and close to bus stand.
