We are from Goa and came to Coorg for a holiday. Pros: The rooms were very good for the price, the food was excellent, and the staff were polite. Cons: The portion sizes of the food were a bit small. Overall, we had a great stay.

I couldn’t upload the full video, so I took screenshots. We stayed there on July 11th. The hotel is just okay, not the business class hotel they claim to be. We paid 5k, and you can see the water kettle, the stain on the towel, and the type of towel placed in front of the bathroom. They also tell guests to bring their own water from the filter, which they only provide for the first time. There are some hotel rules too, like charging 50rs extra for an additional towel. The breakfast was okay, but they seem to reuse the oil from the fried poori, which you can notice. Overall, the experience was not as good as they advertise; it’s just a regular hotel.

The exterior appearance is very different from the inside. Pros: good location and the TV is an Android TV, so you can watch OTT content if you want. Cons: the price is high; they market the hotel as 5-star but the rooms don't even meet 3-star standards, so it's nothing like "Business Class" where the internet never works. Towels are poor quality and not clean enough. No shower gel or shampoo provided in the bathroom. The toilet and washbasin are so close together it feels like your face might hit. Wifi never connects and there's no mobile network coverage constantly. Water bottles are placed near the lift, so you have to carry your own bottle to get water—great service. Both suite and executive rooms are disappointing for the price. Please avoid if possible; it's a waste of money. The restaurant staff were good, but the buffet breakfast is below average (only vegetarian) with limited options for the price paid. Thanks, I will never stay here again and won't recommend it to anyone.
