This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.
Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveler preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.

Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited across all properties. The Hosteller Bam, Coorg is pet friendly. The property permits pets only for private room guests and not for the guests who book dorm room. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.
The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travelers. The property does not recommend families and does not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay in this property, nor the property allows admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if travelling with legal guardians.
The Hosteller Myngl Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, the property promotes self-service in all our cafes. Cafe timing: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM and 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Cafe timings may vary. Please refer to the Glu app for more details.
The property cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
The property requests guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use. Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted.
Visitor timing: 0900: AM to 09:00 PM. Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms).

To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM.
