Unhygienic, no service at all
Our experience was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival with our children, no essential amenities were available, and the room did not justify the cost. The bathroom was infested with many insects, making our stay unpleasant. Furthermore, there was no reception, and contacting staff for help was very challenging. Overall, the stay fell short of what we expected. Although the website advertised amenities including breakfast, none were offered, and there was no breakfast provided.

Family • Jul 2026The hotel was at the outskirts of Madikeri (Coorg Karnataka). The area of our room (room no.5) on ground floor was big. It had a drawing room, two bedrooms and one washroom. When we entered the room it had smell emanating from the washroom. The bedsheets had hair and were changed at our request. Room costing more than Rs.5100 per night had no provision of tea/cofee maker and no water bottles were provided.The nearest restaurants were more than 300 meters away. In the next morning there was no water from 8 to 10 am and we could not take a bath. The manager picked up the phone once and then did not pickup the phone afterwards .The housekeeping boys were of no help regarding water supply. During night only one mosquito repellent kit was provided for two bedrooms having four occupants. There were mosquito and cockroaches in the room.Overall a very bad experience after spending Rs. 5100 for one night.Only one thing was positive: the main attraction of Madikeri the The Raja Seat Park was at a walking distance, around 200 meters away.
