Cauvery Suites

Parking is only available on the street, with no dedicated spots, but everything else is fine. Also, you can eat food outside.

I had two days stays in cauvery suits. It was comfortable stay, although I felt hospitality can be improved. After arriving we found no one was there to contact for entering into the room. We had to call to the phone number mentioned in hoarding for receiving room and its key. We reached 6 hrs late after our schedule time, still no call from homestay side, not even once, that where we are. One more incident I would like to mention that room had only one dustbin in the bathroom only, that too very small. So for that reason we had to threw 1 diaper of one of our 18 months old twins to the bedroom, as one and only dustbin provided to us was full and we were in a hurry for sightseeing. But, during cleaning they found it and pointed out to me that it should not be thrown in the room. In fact clock was out of battery and TV was not working. Even on first morning they provided very less complimentary meal, which was not sufficient for 3 people, even items were very less as compared to what mentioned in the booking site. So very small small things, still I found their hospitality was on colder side. It could be improved significantly.

I stayed at Cauvery Suites for two days. The stay was comfortable, but I felt the hospitality could be better. When we arrived, there was no one available to help us get into the room. We had to call the phone number on the signboard to get the room and key. We arrived six hours later than planned, and there was no call from the homestay asking where we were. Another issue was that the room only had one small dustbin in the bathroom. Because it was full, we had to throw a diaper from one of our 18-month-old twins into the bedroom since we were in a hurry to go sightseeing. During cleaning, they found it and told me it shouldn't have been thrown in the room. Also, the clock had no battery and the TV wasn't working. On the first morning, the complimentary meal was very small and insufficient for three people, with fewer items than listed on the booking site. These small issues made their hospitality feel quite cold and it could definitely be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Cauvery Suites during our recent trip to Coorg. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family with kids. The peaceful surroundings made our stay relaxing after sightseeing.The landlord was extremely kind and caring. She treated us like family and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made our trip special.The highlight was the delicious homemade food she prepared for us. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and cooked with so much love. It felt like home-cooked food, and we all enjoyed it very much.Thank you aunty for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend Cauvery Suites to anyone visiting Coorg!
