Guest as saying

The place is nice, and I had a good overall experience. I stayed in a 6-bed dormitory, but there were no curtains for privacy. Also, the bed creaked a lot when climbing onto it, which might disturb other guests sleeping in the room. There is a gaming area, but no staff to coordinate activities or involve guests. Before staying here, I visited goSTOPS, where the staff did a much better job engaging guests and fostering a social environment. Overall, the place has good potential, but adding privacy curtains and organizing activities would improve comfort and enjoyment.

Zostel is located on a beautiful property surrounded by coffee plantations and rich greenery, creating a feeling of being secluded in the hills. However, during a long weekend, the place appeared to be short-staffed. The food and gaming choices were somewhat limited, and the game room felt cramped. It's a nice place for a road trip with friends. Overall, it's a good location, but the service and hospitality have room for improvement.

The property is nice, but the staff are very unhelpful. The hosts show no interest in any questions or requests, and the community manager seems self-absorbed, acting like he's the one funding his vacation.
