We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and this was one of our most disappointing family vacations.- **Poor rooms:** The first wooden cottage was cramped, and the bathroom was below basic standards.- **Uncomfortable upgrade:** We paid extra for the Executive Cottage, only to find it unbearably hot with just a small wall-mounted fan and a much smaller bed. When we requested to return to our previous cottage because of the discomfort, management refused, stating that we had already changed rooms once.- **Poor service:** Room cleaning was not provided the next day because staff were unavailable. Even a simple request for an extra bedsheet or comforter was declined.- **Missing essentials:** Basic toiletries, including soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, were not provided.- **Poor food and overpriced items:** Food quality was disappointing, choices were limited, and even basic items were charged at exorbitant prices.- **Inconvenient layout:** The cottages, restaurant, and other facilities require considerable uphill and downhill walking, which is exhausting in the summer heat, especially with young children.- **Misleading attraction:** The much-hyped waterfall was underwhelming and did not justify the expectations created.The most disappointing aspect was the management's lack of flexibility and concern for guest comfort. For a resort claiming to offer a three-star experience, the service, amenities, and hospitality fell far below expectations.**Families travelling with young children, please think twice before booking.** We paid extra expecting comfort but ended up spending our vacation frustrated and exhausted. Definitely not worth the money.

Superb location, the cottages were spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The staff is very friendly. In food, I only tried their breakfast and it was good if not great.

We had booked through phone call. We stayed here for two days in deluxe cottages.Location is very beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. it's surrounded by trees, Coffee plantation and hills. best part is they have waterfall inside their property and it is amazing. Really enjoyed my stay with my family and had a memorable time. We ordered basic food and it is tasty. Hot water is available 24/7. We captured so many nature photos.Overall it was a good experience.

I was demented at first to choose this resort after reading some negative reviews but I am shocked that what all facilities people expect just at RS 4xxx. I found it as an incredible place to live. The facilities they are providing at this price are outstanding.

Location is below average, nothing much here. Food was worst they charged 1000 extra for worst food and rooms are not clean. I booked for 2 days total 18k and wanted to cancel 2nd day for this reason but staff person Renuka (very rude person) and MakeMyTrip are not agreeing for 8k refund for one day cancellation. Do not go with these fake 5 star reviews. You will regret it after going, do not visit. Search for better Resorts with better price.
