The property is new well maintanined with a great view from the restaurant of the coorg.The staff is helpful along with the facilities at the resort are well maintained and suffcient for having a good time.

The resort stands out for its luxury, service, and dining options. It could benefit from more thorough deep cleaning before check-in and some thoughtful improvements to the outdoor landscaping. What we appreciated The resort delivers a genuinely high-end experience. Every meal was excellent. The staff were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Getting around the property was easy thanks to the plentiful golf carts available. Suggestions for improvement Large planters right outside the balconies of the Hillside Rooms block much of the mountain view. There was dust on the balcony furniture and even inside the room, like on the electric kettle, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned properly just before our arrival. The balcony had a lot of insects after dark, making it uncomfortable to sit outside. While this might be unavoidable given the natural setting in Coorg, it's worth noting if you choose the hillside cottages.

The staff were cordial and eager to help, and the room was spacious with a small living area, a queen bed, two TVs, and a nice view.Highlights- Scenic location and peaceful mountain views.- Friendly, attentive staff (special thanks to Deepa in the restaurant and the pastry chef for arranging the birthday cake).- Clean room with comfortable furnishings and a small living area.Issues and disappointments- Pricey: The room cost 17,500 plus taxes, and food prices at the restaurant felt inflated (a can of 7Up was charged 225 excl. tax).- Breakfast quality: For a property that markets itself as five-star, the complimentary breakfast was very underwhelming and disappointing — only 3–4 hot items (idly, vada, poori, aloo parotta) and minimal desserts (two flavored yoghurts, an oats dish). I’ve seen better spreads at many three-star hotels than what was available.- Service gap: Although staff were pleasant, a customised order was forgotten by the chef despite being confirmed twice; we waited over 20 minutes and was later asked repeat the order as they didn’t remember what was ordered. Ended up skipping the order all together.- Facilities and reliability: The resort has a pool, a decent-looking restaurant, and a gym over looking nature but lacks broader amenities. Power outages were frequent (especially at night), which was worrying while travelling with a baby. The key-card power system malfunctioned a couple times, leaving the room dark with one time, ended us siting outside the room in rain with baby until reception could help.VerdictGreen Park Resort & Spa offers a great location, pleasant staff, and comfortable rooms — ideal for short, scenic stays. However, several service and operational shortcomings, combined with high pricing and limited amenities, make it hard to recommend as good value for money. Premium forest villas nestled in the verdant hills of Coorg. We stayed here last weekend and truly enjoyed it, not only because the property is architecturally stunning and a luxury resort, but also due to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every staff member made us feel at home, feeling more like family than employees. The personal interactions distinguish this place from other 5-star hotels like the Taj. From the manager to the chef, gate security to waiter, receptionist to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly welcoming. The highlight? They offer a 24-hour concierge service, allowing you to travel comfortably between locations in a battery-operated vehicle any time day or night. A concierge always available at your service. I hope to visit at least once a month! Excited for the next visit!
