Mera stay is hotel mein bahut hi kharab raha. Room ki condition theek nahi thi - bed aur room dono dirty the, aisa lag raha tha ki proper safai ki hi nahi gayi thi. AC on nahi kar rahe the, jiski wajah se stay bahut uncomfortable ho gaya. Basic amenities jaise water bottle, soap aur towel tak room mein provide nahi kiye gaye the - ye toh kisi bhi hotel ki minimum requirement honi chahiye. Sabse zyada dikkat tab hui jab staff ne extra payment ki demand ki, bina kisi clear reason ke. Ye poora experience bahut unprofessional aur disappointing tha. Main is hotel ko recommend nahi karunga. Management ko basic hygiene aur guest service par turant dhyan dene ki zaroorat hai.
