Kumars White House by Urban - Mysore

When We enter the property watchman said property was closed long time ago but have no idea how we got booking there. Agoda service and property management is very poor service. In this case cancellation or refund completely Frud ! Our best day went like worst day ! We gone crazy after reach Kumar’s White House.

Back in January 2023, I visited Bangalore with my school for an excursion. It was quite cold at the time, and we were still kids then. On the second night at this hotel, a few students from our school got sick and were given our room. As a result, my friend and I had nowhere to sleep.I agree it was our teachers’ responsibility to arrange another room, but they didn’t. When I asked our English teacher for help, she simply told us to sleep wherever there was space. Unfortunately, we still couldn’t find a spot ,Around 1:00 AM, we were still awake, cold, and without a place to rest. We asked the hotel staff for some extra cots to sleep on, and while they said they would help, they didn’t actually do anything. They just watched us walk around, which made us feel very upset That night was a nightmare. My friend and I felt completely neglected, especially since the teacher seemed to care only about her daughter and a few favorite students. My parents trusted the school staff to look after us, but this experience was incredible disappointing Wouldn’t recommend this hotel ’ especially not for school trips or anyone expecting basic decency ’’?. You deserve better.

Good place, very nice ambiance and very clean.I enjoyed food there but cut fruits was very frozen and it not look like fresh ones !

Worst, disastrous place. Bedsheets are full of stains and other dirt particles. Washrooms are not clean enough. Random hair all over the place, absolutely disgusting. Booked for 3 days but ran away in 1 night, other than the AC nothing works here. Random spiders in the room. Bedsheets were itchy. There was no hot water available.
