Kyriad Prestige Ilkal

My experience at Kriyad Hotel was very good. The hotel has a pleasant aesthetic ambiance and was well-maintained. The cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. The banquet hall was spacious and well organized. The manager was very cooperative and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were also courteous, helpful, and professional.Overall, the experience was very good. However, there were a few minor issues in the banquet hall. The microphone and speaker system had some problems, and at one point the doors were locked and were opened only after we informed the staff two or three times.My humble suggestion is that whenever guests report an issue, it should be resolved as quickly as possible. Improving the response time to such concerns would make the overall experience even better.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Kriyad Hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Payal has taken good care of the guests and the kids. She has ensured to make us comfortable and helped us quite well.

For a location like Ilkal, this is one of the best places to stay. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The restaurant offered varieties of food - all the items that we ordered were great and delicious. We had complementary breakfast in the morning! With bread toast, jam butter, idli, poori, vegetable salad, omelette etcOverall it was a great stay, delicious food and friendly staffs.Location is also great.4Km from the city.Would love to visit again :)And I hope they maintain the same service and quality!

We stayed at Kyriad Prestige, Ilkal as a group of 54 Navy families. Overall, the experience was good and comfortable, suitable for families and large groups.The rooms were very good ’ clean, spacious, and well maintained. The food was good, tasty, hygienic, and well managed for a large group.Special appreciation to Ms. Tejaswini and Ms. Trishika ’?They were very calm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Their support and coordination made our stay smooth.Regarding the swimming pool, the pool water was very clean with no maintenance issues. However, the area next to the swimming pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, almost like a government bus stop, which was disappointing and did not match the hotel’s standards.One humble request to the top management:Kindly consider providing food for drivers. During our stay, food was not offered to the drivers, and there are no nearby hotels or eateries. Even simple meals would be very helpful.With better poolside cleanliness and driver food support, the hotel can offer an even better experience.Overall, it was a good stay.
