No booking through Agoda, my amount paid is lost, no room is allocated for me

Very average rooms, matchbox kind of. It looked like somebody asked me to stay in a sub par room, gave vibes of a makeshift toilet space made into a roomTurning on Ac was an ordeal for the helper boy, needed to climb to the bathroom with 3 stairs which was even more oddThe bed was attached right to the wall, there was no space at all, not enough sockets in the roomWould not recommend at all unless you are out of options.

Don't even dare to take room no. 5, it's suffocating like hell.No wifi range in rooms, if at all you need to use it, you need to stand at reception and use wifi.

I clearly negotiated the price before reaching to the hotel. I told I will be checking in at 11.30 PM and will be checking out at 7.00PM and that I don't want any hurdles. Receptionist after having discussion with the MD/ Proprietor told the booking for 1 room is 10% off and 2 rooms it is 20% off. This was the confirmation I had at 8.30PM.Once I reached the hotel at 11.30PM, noticing that I am in a weak position and I can't go and start searching other hotels he changed the cost by 10% higher.Instead of 3200 he forced me to pay 3600 and didn't allow me to talk to his boss.I had to lose my patience because of this idiot opportunists. Never gonna recommend this to anyone going to Selam or Yercaud. Even if it is the last option go for other hotels.

One of the worst hotel in salem . One would expect atleast a clean maintained room for paying 2500 rupees for one day. But this was worst to the core. Never going to book again and will never recommend even in situations where you dont get rooms. Its better to sleep on a bus stand or footpath its similar. It was very cold even after requesting for blanket they gave a bedsheet which is used to cover the bed.
