We stayed for two nights in this Cottage, which is very close to Yercaud Bus stand. Chill Breeze Resort has 9 single bedrooms, 10 double bedrooms, and one triple bedroom cottage. However, there are only two service staff, one chef with an assistant cook, and one servant. Overall, one manager visits frequently. The tariffs are not clearly displayed or disclosed and vary depending on the person and their demands. The rooms are not well maintained due to lack of staff. The receptionist is never available. Only three people manage all 20 cottages, and they struggle to attend to all customers. The restrooms in all cottages are very cramped, and the Western-style toilets are not usable. The restroom design is poor, though one is acceptable. The lighting is dim, with many lights not working, making the rooms look dark and dull. The restaurant food tastes okay, and the chef serves food on time if ordered in advance. There is poor communication among staff, and they do not provide receipts for payments. They insist on full payment in advance to secure your stay. Many hotels and rooms are available nearby. This place could be good if tariffs were clearly displayed and toilets improved for convenience.
